Training Plans

High Five Events has teamed up with Durata Training to provide some great free training plans for first time triathletes. Pick from any one of the training programs that we have available on this site. The plans are stored on the web as PDF files, so that you can save them to your computer and easily print them out. Click the link for each plan to view the document.

  • Ultimate Rookie - For the truly first time triathlete. Having trouble just getting out the door? Then this is the plan for you.
  • Beginner - A plan for beginner triathletes, but with a weekly schedule and structure.
  • Intermediate - For the advanced beginner or intermediate looking to improve.
